American Logistics Aid Network
The American Logistics Aid Network (ALAN) is currently seeking transportation support for two urgent nonprofit shipments:
Case 9764 involves eight pallets of durable medical equipment that need to move from Stone Mountain, GA 30083 to Keene, TX 76059. The requesting nonprofit, Friends of Disabled Adults and Children (FODAC), is coordinating this shipment to support their partner organization responding to the Texas Valley Flooding. The total shipment weighs approximately 2,220 pounds and includes adult briefs, walkers, crutches, bedside commodes, and canes.
Case 9768 is for one pallet of donated solar panels measuring roughly 68" x 45" x 43" and weighing about 1,700 pounds. The shipment needs to move from Linden, NJ 07036 to Metairie, LA 70002. The non-profit Footprint Project is organizing this delivery to support clean energy projects in the New Orleans area.

CVSA Brake Safety Week to Be Observed
CVSA’s Operation Airbrake is shifting into high gear. Brake Safety Week is set for August 24–30, 2025, along with unannounced enforcement, targeting the top cause of roadside violations—brakes. In 2024 inspections roughly 12% of commercial vehicles were placed out of service due to brake-related issues—a clear signal that proactive maintenance and awareness can keep your fleet rolling safely.
