Built on the trusted foundation of ClassIT and refined with industry feedback, ClassIT+ has powerful new features such as elastic search for near real-time results, and includes features like search saving and a collaborative workspace to enhance team efficiency.

Will ClassIT+ allow concurrent logins so we can share one login?

No, ClassIT+ will not allow concurrent logins. We strongly encourage each user of ClassIT+ to have their own login credentials to reinforce our authentication process and ensure secure access for each user.

We just renewed our subscription, will there be an opportunity to upgrade to ClassIT+ or do I have to wait until the current one is expired?

Current subscribers do not have to wait until the end of their current subscription before upgrading to the new ClassIT+. In fact, we strongly encourage current subscribers to transition to the new ClassIT+ prior to the end of their current subscription so they can access the most up-to-date NMFC data. 

Will there be a Sandbox available so we can test the new ClassIT+ API and our connection?

Yes, we will have a Sandbox available for testing the new ClassIT+ API. Starting February 25, 2025, you will be able to test your connection. Starting May 13, 2025, you will be able to fully test the API and its features. 

Will there be a ClassIT+ app for mobile devices, such as smartphones and tablets?

No, there will not be a designated ClassIT+ app. ClassIT+ is specifically designed to be adaptable and responsive on any device, making it easy to access ClassIT+ from anywhere and without losing any of its features. You’ll have the same performance, the same usability, and the same access just from a different device. 

If I am a current ClassIT user, do I need to sign up for the new ClassIT+?

We will be providing guidance for transitioning your current subscription to ClassIT+. Please visit classitplus.com/transition for more information.

Will documentation and sample requests be available for the new ClassIT+ API?

Yes, we will provide API documentation and Software Development Kits (SDKs). Preview of the API documentation will be available on February 25, 2025. 

When will ClassIT+ be released and what are some of the key dates prior to this?

ClassIT+ will be released on July 15, 2025. Key dates include:

• February 12, 2025: ClassIT+ contracts and license areements available for review.

• February 25, 2025: ClassIT+ Application Programming Interface (API) documentation and connection testing against Sandbox available.

• May 13, 2025: Beta testing starts with select customers. In addition, Sandbox is available for API testing.

• July 15, 2025: Release of ClassIT+.

• July 19, 2025: Effective date of NMFC Docket 2025-1. 

Will the current ClassIT be updated with the changes in NMFC Docket 2025-1?

No, the current ClassIT will not be updated with the changes in 2025-1. ClassIT+ is the only tool designed to help you access and navigate the NMFC changes in 2025-1 and beyond. 

Will the API be included with our ClassIT+ subscription or is it an additional cost?

The ClassIT+ API is not included in your ClassIT+ subscription; however, if you purchase the ClassIT+ API, then you automatically receive one (1) license for ClassIT+ so you can manage your API subscription.
