Freight fraud continues to grow across the transportation industry, impacting carriers, third-party logistics providers, brokers, shippers, and technology providers alike. To help address this challenge, NMFTA launched the Freight Fraud Prevention Hub—a complimentary resource designed to bring together industry best practices, tools, and education to help organizations better understand, detect, and prevent freight fraud.

2026-1 Disposition Bulletin Now Live
During the NMFTA 2026 Spring Member Meeting in Savannah, GA, the Freight Classification Development Council (FCDC) convened. The National Motor Freight Classification® (NMFC)™ changes will appear in Supplement 1 to NMF 100-AZ, which will be issued on April 24, 2026, effective May, 23, 2026.
