What if I don't know my login email?
Try the email you’ve used to register for NMFTA events or communications. Still unsure? Email us at membership@nmfta.org.
Do I need to create a new account?
Nope! If you’re already an NMFTA member or contact, your information has been migrated. Just reset your password to get started.
Can I manage others in my organization?
Yes—admins can update company records, manage rosters, and more. See our admin guide [here].
What if my email isn’t recognized?
It’s possible we have an outdated email on file. Please contact our support team and we’ll help you update your record.
How do I update my contact information?
Once logged in, go to “My Profile” to update your name, title, phone number, or email address.
Will my membership status transfer to the new portal?
Yes—all current membership data has been migrated. You’ll see your membership details once you log in.
Will I still get NMFTA newsletters and announcements?
Yes—but take a moment to verify your email and communication preferences when you log in to ensure you're receiving the info you care about.
