Mike started at Ward Transport and Logistics 36 years ago. He began his career as a programmer analyst (Assembler and Cobol). Throughout the years of LTL evolution, Mike's career evolved from Manager of MIS and Director of Information Technology to Vice President of Technology while earning his MBA from St. Francis of Loretto.

Erika Voss, Ph.D.

Vice President of Information Security, DAT Freight & Analytics

Erika Voss is the vice president of information security for DAT Freight & Analytics. In this role she leads the vision, strategy, and execution for all facets of security for this Supply Chain Logistics corporation. Erika brings two decades of extraordinary success in a series of high-level roles at top tier companies that include Capital One, Salesforce, Oracle Cloud, Microsoft Corporation and Amazon Web Services.

Joe Ohr has more than two decades of experience in technical operations, customer success management, customer support, and product support. Currently serving as the chief operating officer for the NMFTA, he plays a pivotal role in helping to advance the industry through digitization, classification, and cybersecurity.
