I am an NMFTA member but the registration form is showing the non-member pricing, what do I do?

First, if you are an employee of an NMFTA member company, please ensure you are logged into your work device. If you are still not seeing member pricing, please contact meetings@nmfta.org and a member of our team will be in touch with the correct payment link.

What is the cancellation policy?

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by Monday, September 9, 2024. A refund of the full conference fee, minus a $25 administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted for requests submitted after September 9, 2024. Submit all requests to NMFTA Meetings via email to meetings@nmfta.org. NMFTA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. All requests for exceptions to the cancellation/refund policy must be submitted in writing by the registrant with appropriate documentation no later than Friday, November 8, 2024. After that time, no refund considerations will be made.

Substitutions within this program are gladly accepted. A substitution of your full registration is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to meetings@nmfta.org. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?

Are there early bird discounts available?

No, there is standard member ($249) and non-member registration ($349).

How secure are my credit card details?

HubSpot payments uses multiple layers of security to protect sensitive payment information. The payments tool is built using Stripe's API to manage the secure collection and transmission of payment data. Your buyer's payment credentials are encrypted and tokenized by Stripe to help ensure that unauthorized parties do not gain access to sensitive payment information.

I can't pay by credit card, is there an alternate payment method?

Yes. We accept direct ACH payments.

I lost my receipt. Where can I get a copy?
